About Us

We are a small family-owned farm with a long tradition of horsemanship. Our horses receive individual love and care from our family on 132 beautiful acres in the heart of Virginia. We keep a small herd to ensure every horse gets attention.

Debbie has loved horses since childhood and never had a saddle—just her pony Chrisy and many adventures. After years in the boarding business, Debbie and Mike built this retirement sanctuary with their daughter Sarah, a lifelong horse lover too.

Our Retirement Philosophy

Most of our horses were top show or performance horses. We provide a loving, stress-free retirement where they can graze under shady trees and enjoy companionship.

Our facility includes four turnout pastures with run-in sheds, automatic waterers, and scenic trails. We offer stall board and pasture board with daily check-ins, quality hay, and care routines for every horse.

Boarding Options

Stall Board - $550/month

• 12x12 matted stall
• 2x daily feed (Nutrena or owner-provided)
• Fresh hay & water, stall cleaned daily
• 4-point health check daily
• Blanketing, fly masking, grooming
• Supplement & dewormer admin (owner provides)
• Vet/Farrier scheduling (owner pays fees)

Pasture Board - $425/month

• 2x daily feed & hay, fresh water
• 4-point health check daily
• Fly masking, blanketing, supplement support
• Vet/Farrier scheduling (owner pays fees)

Recuperation Care

• Stall rest with paddock turnout
• 2–3x feedings, fresh hay & water
• Grooming, wrapping, fly protection
• All standard checks and supplement care
